Underdog Candles

Lauren started Underdog Candles after a years-long battle with her own sexuality. Through her personal coming out journey, she saw how far we still have to go as a society in accepting and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. Crafting candles that celebrate everyday underdogs was both a creative outlet and a way to connect with and support her community.

Underdog began as a line of pride-themed candles, launched during Pride month in order to raise money for the LGBTQ+ Freedom Fund, and has grown into a line of over 20 candles and scent diffusers. Each of Lauren's candles are hand-poured in Portland, Maine with the highest quality soy wax and the freshest, best-smelling scent combos.

BIG TIT ENERGY (7oz)

White Lavender + Sage. It's a clean, herbal scent that makes you feel like you're in an old apothecary shop. The white sage + lavender are joined by earthy notes of sage, rosemary, and chamomile.

LOUD AND PROUD (7oz)

Citrus + Basil + Bergamot. A light and fresh scent reminiscent of warm weather and freshly-picked citrus. Top notes of basil and California orange are followed by middle notes of bergamot. Finished off with very subtle base notes of precious woods and musk.
